Terms of sale

As every one of our pieces is handmade, please ensure that you handle them with care. The buyer understands when purchasing a handmade product, that they can come with their own imperfections and irregularities - we think that’s the beauty and uniqueness of handmade products. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the piece for a full refund, less shipping and any payment or transaction service fees, within 10 days of your order. Please advise us at hello@lidigradan.com that you are returning the item within 5 days of receipt. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
